Mortgage broker Miles Rhodes moves into new Dereham head office
Expansion means a fresh space and more people for mortgage brokers Miles Rhodes.
Miles Rhodes Mortgages has relocated its head office to Dereham following business growth. The firm of mortgage brokers, which has advisers nationwide, has moved to 5 The Old Eagle, Market Place, Dereham.
Dave Bates, Kevin Mitchell, Matthew Chapman and Lewis Bates, who have looked after clients in the area for decades, moved over from Dereham firm Blue-Print Mortgages last year. Liam Kevern and equity release specialist Vicky Hasdell joined shortly after.
Director Stuart Mackenzie said: “It made sense to keep a presence in Dereham with the Blue-Print guys moving to us and, with the addition of new advisers, we now have seven based in our Dereham office.”
Miles Rhodes has specialists in mortgage market areas including self-employed, new builds, adverse credit, debt consolidation, right to buy, shared ownership, retirement mortgages and equity release.
Dave Bates added: “We pride ourselves on looking after our customers, making sure we review their mortgage and protection regularly. The majority of our customers come to us via word of mouth and recommendations.”
Now based in the heart of Norfolk in a recently refurbished office, opposite Dereham’s large Cherry Tree Car Park, the firm recently featured on Look East, discussing the condition of the mortgage market.
“We can look at their mortgage up to six months before it becomes due, we have exclusive rates that are not available to all advisers and by saving a rate in advance you have a safety net in place should rates rise further.”
